Kevin Ebi (on a long-dead link) wrote about these five ways to improve cameraphone pictueres: (1) adjust the image compression to the lowest possible (use the hightest resolution and quality setting available, and no digital zoom), (2) frame your shot (think about the composition), (3) get artsy (don't just take a snap, stage it), (4) moving your images between devices (your computer is better at sending and manipulating than your phone) and (5) sharing your images (tell the world!).
